Nelson Brewing Company After Dark Organic Brown Ale. Holy smoke, this is a killer beer! Wonderfully smooth mouth-feel is offset by just the right amount of carbonation. Despite being a brown ale, this isn't at all heavy or 'thick'. You need to roll this one around in your mouth and get it under your tongue! Its oddly un-hoppy aroma belies a fine flavour balance with a malty finish that goes down very easily. To me, it's a little darker in tone than a typical brown ale, but what the heck? This is a lovely beer that, again, I could happily drink all the time. Highly Recommended.
