Fort Garry Big Bison Extra Special Bitter
In British ale parlance, 'bitter' typically refers to a beer which lies somewhere between a mild and a lager. In other words bitter ale doesn't really mean bitter taste. In the case of this 5.5% stuff though, bitter really does mean bitter... bitter squared! In fact I would go so far as calling it 'hop tea'. I don't understand, in these days of great brewmasters with superb tech, why we have to suffer this whole rudely-over-hopped thing. It's just not necessary. Absolutely disgusting. AVOID!!
