Thor's Hammer
At 11.5% Thor's Hammer does what it says on the label haha! Not surprisingly I remember this being better when I had my first taste of it down at The Woods Ale House on tap off the keg, but it's still a pretty fair brew from the bottle. It's definitely going to be better in the winter whilst you're sitting round a roaring fire and I think in summer I would probably find it somewhat unpalatable. Thick, juicy, strong, rich, hearty, robust... are all words which come to mind concerning this brew. Recommended.
